Druid form quests create important progression milestones in Forever. Bear Form, Aquatic Form and Cat Form come through class-related quest chains, not simply by importing a Retail spell list.
Beta scope: These are Forever-specific rules and examples available by October 16, 2026. Exact damage values and availability may change with later builds. This is not a Retail or Season of Discovery guide.
What changed in Forever
The Forever class guide describes Bear Form at level 10 through Heeding the Call. The form affects survivability and how players approach dangerous pulls. Check the current quest chain with your class trainer, especially after character creation on a new faction or race. Do not assume a nearby NPC with a similar name from Classic Era is the exact Forever starting step.
Apply it during normal play
At level 16, Aquatic Form is described through A Lesson to Learn. Its utility is travel through water, and the quest can have a different time cost depending on where you are currently questing. Rather than traveling back and forth for a small detour, plan the chain into a broader route with other objectives in the same part of Azeroth.
Important restrictions and mistakes
Cat Form is listed as a level-20 quest through The Great Cat Spirit and related faction/race variants. The exact title can vary with available character options; read your in-game quest journal before following a screenshot from another race. Verify the reward is actually available in the current beta stage before allocating talents around it.
Build or route testing
If you plan a leveling duo, decide which forms your group needs most and complete those chains before a long dungeon session. Record your travel time, potion use and any class trainer visits. A new form may improve mobility or fighting rhythm, but skipping every other quest merely to rush it is not always the fastest route.
Quick decision table
| Situation | Check or action |

A reliable test procedure
- Confirm the client build, class level and current talent prerequisites.
- Use the same or similar enemies to compare one change without hidden gear differences.
- Include recovery and travel time instead of counting only burst damage.
- Document uncertain interactions and retest after Blizzard beta notes change them.
Explore the Talent Calculator, compare player approaches in Community Builds, and read the latest news for changes that may affect your setup.
