GUIDE

All 9 New WoW Forever Dungeons and Level Ranges

A complete launch dungeon reference from Hall of Thanes to Shaper's Terrace. This guide uses Blizzard's published information available as of October 30, 2026. Where a launch-client detail has not been independently checked, we say so.

What Blizzard has confirmed

Blizzard confirmed nine new five-player dungeons spanning levels 13 to 60: Hall of Thanes (13–18), Ruins of Lordaeron (15–20), Excavation Site (24–29), City of Dalaran (28–33), The Drowned City (35–40), Krol'dok Stronghold (40–45), Alcaz Prison (48–53), Blackmaw Hold (55–60) and Shaper's Terrace (58–60).

Why this matters for your character

The level ranges offer a useful route-planning framework, but dungeon eligibility, travel, available quests and group composition also matter. A character near the lower edge may have a harder time than one near the upper edge.

What to do before or during launch

Choose two nearby dungeons for your current level band, gather their available quests and form a five-person group before traveling. Use the LFG area to coordinate.

What is still uncertain?

These are published dungeon level ranges, not guaranteed minimum entry or optimal farming levels for every composition.

Useful tools and further reading

Plan your skills with the Talent Calculator, compare shared setups in Community Builds and coordinate with real players through the LFG directory.
